It does the job

I use this shovel to dig very clayish soil and so far so good. It has a good grip, feels solid and gets the job done. No complaints.

Used many shovels in My day, raised on a farm, worked in East Texas oil field , maintenance labor gang in gas processing plants. The only thing I don't like is the sissyfied rubber grip on the handle, I took mine offf in the first 2 minutes. Probably fine if you were a gal.
